- Can I be a LifeVantage Consultant while my spouse works for another MLM company?
Yes. In fact, according to Policies and Procedures 6 – Conflicts of Interest, both you and your spouse can work with multiple MLM companies. However, it is a violation for either spouse, or a business partner, to recruit LifeVantage Customers/Consultants for another MLM company. So, if you are working with LifeVantage, but your spouse, or business partner, is working for another MLM and is recruiting LifeVantage Consultants to join that other company, it is a violation and you can both be suspended.
LifeVantage Policies and Procedures Section 4.4.1 states: “If any member of an Independent Consultant’s Immediate Household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Independent Consultant, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the Independent Consultant and LifeVantage may take disciplinary action pursuant to the Agreement against the Independent Consultant. Similarly, if any individual associated in any way with a Business Entity (collectively “Affiliated Individual”) violates the Agreement, such action(s) will be deemed a violation by the entity, and LifeVantage may take disciplinary action against the Business Entity.”
