How do I terminate my LifeVantage Consultant account?

To cancel your Consultant account, simply follow these quick and easy steps:

  1. Log in to your back office.
  2. Under the Account Services tab, click on Membership Inquiry
  3. You will have two options. Reclassify as as customer or begin the account termination process. Click on your selection and then Submit
  4. Follow the corresponding instructions according to your selection
