- What is the difference in cancelling my monthly Subscription and terminating my account?
Cancelling a Subscription stops the delivery of product, and can be reactivated at any time. Terminating a Consultantship, on the other hand, is more commensurate with the change that you are seeking to make. While stopping a Subscription can make it more difficult to get product, terminating an account includes, among other things:
- The right to sell LifeVantage products
- The right to receive future commissions, bonuses, or other income resulting from the sales and other activities of your former downline sales organization
- The waiver of all rights to your former downline organization and to any bonuses, commissions, or other remuneration derived from the sales and other activities of your former downline organization; and
- The right to hold yourself out as a LifeVantage Independent Consultant
So, while stopping a Subscription can be inconvenient, terminating your account forces you to think long and hard about what you are really doing; changing the structure of a business that is all about the structure of the business.
