How do I earn a Retain Track?
A Retain Track is earned when Subscription sales from your personally enrolled Customers and Consultants is more than 500 SV above your baseline in a single month.
Your baseline is your 3-month average Subscription volume from personally enrolled Customers and Consultants from October–December 2025.
Complete 1 Retain Track when you increase your personally enrolled Subscription volume by at least 500 SV above your baseline in a single month during the incentive period.
Each time you hit 3 Retain Tracks, you:
• Earn $500 USD, AND
• Raise your baseline to the new Subscription volume you reached that month.
That means every Retain Track you achieve becomes your new starting line the following month, helping you build stronger, more stable volume over time.

Examples
Example 1: If you earn 1 Retain Track in January, 1 in February, and 1 in March, you’ll receive the full $500 USD Retain Track bonus after the promotion period ends, once your 3rd track is completed.
Example 2: If your personally enrolled Subscription volume jumps from 500 SV to 2,000 SV in January, that’s an increase of 1,500 SV (equal to 3 Retain Tracks). In this case, you’d earn the full $500 USD bonus in February, and your new Retain baseline for February would be 2,000 SV.
Terms & Conditions
- Incentive is only available to Consultants in the US, CA, MX, UK, IS, and all EU markets.
- Incentive is capped at $1,500 USD during the incentive period.
- Consultants can earn tracks over the entire quarter.
- Tracks will be paid out monthly once 3, 6, or 9 tracks are achieved.
- Consultants must be active and in good standing to participate.
- Consultants must have an active Subscription to qualify and earn points (in every market excluding Canada).
- Subscription orders placed by personally enrolled Consultants and Customers outside of their enrollment month will count toward Retain Track volume.
- Orders cannot be paid for by the personal enroller or a member of the upline.
- Orders that are returned for a refund will not count toward incentive qualification.
- Business Centers are eligible to participate in the program and must have qualified on their own to be eligible for the promotion.
- Business Centers under the same Consultantship cannot combine Retain Track volume.
- Orders made by downline Customers and Consultants who are terminated or suspended will not count toward incentive qualification.
- All qualifiers are subject to a Sales and Compliance review prior to receiving their award.
- Awards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and only valid for the owner of the Consultant account.
- This promotion may be modified or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation or its affiliates.
- LifeVantage reserves the right to change the incentive at any time, interpret the rules of the incentive, and has final decision in the event of a dispute regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions.
