Conquering with Grace and Dignity
A powerful force, Misty refuses to be stopped. With a very difficult upbringing, Misty fought for the life she wanted, earning a Masters degree in Science and becoming a successful Occupational Therapist. Even when she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 31 with two small children, she refused to give up and finds herself currently beating this horrible disease. She is often found pouring through scientific journals and research just to quench her thirst for learning. Misty recently found LifeVantage after having a powerful experience with Protandim Nrf2 and then losing 30 lbs and 35 inches in 90 days on PhysIQ. She inspires wherever she goes and we are grateful Misty is part of the LifeVantage family.
An Inspiration
We could say many wonderful things about her, but this quote from her long-time friend says it all: “In the almost 20 years that I’ve had the pleasure of calling Misty my friend and “sister,” she has always been a “you before me” person. Her want and desire to serve and help others is many levels deep. Although Misty was dealt a hand of adversity for the majority of her life, you’ll never hear her complain or use it as an excuse or reason why she can’t do something-a value she has instilled in her two children. Misty’s belief first and foremost in God, her family and loved ones, and (most recently) herself and LifeVantage has given her a unique voice and powerful testimony to relate to others due to her many life experiences in a short time. Being born with a large birthmark, growing up in the foster system, and later facing cancer are just a few adversaries she has conquered with grace and dignity all while serving others first. Misty has dedicated her life to the healthcare field where she assists people in some of their darkest moments to get back to a sense of normalcy in their life all while offering them positive thoughts, her gorgeous smile, and encouraging words on their journey.”
