When I see something going on that I believe to be a violation of the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures, what should I do?

A very good question!  With tens-of-thousands of Distributors and customers working with LifeVantage it is impossible for the Company to be aware of everything that is happening at any given time.  It is only through the “eyes and ears” of those in the field that Compliance is able to take appropriate action and, in many cases, protect the Company and your very own marketing organization from the selfish acts of the few.  In fact, hearing from you, the Distributor, is so important that it has become an official policy and requirement published in the Policies and Procedures.  Section 5.5 – “Reporting Policy Violations,” states (in part): “Independent Distributors who become aware of a policy violation by another Independent Distributor should submit a written report of the violation directly to the attention of the LifeVantage Compliance Department.”  Such reports can be submitted at www.compliance@lifevantage.com.
