The Compliance Review Board (“CRB”) is a committee made up of the Vice President of Compliance, a representative from the Sales Department, including the Chief Sales Officer (“CSO”), a representative from the Legal Department, including the highest ranking executive in that department, and other company executives as needed in any particular matter. The purpose of the CRB is to: 1) review and adjudicate any serious complaint, including, but not limited to, complaints submitted by or against Elite LifeVantage Distributors; and, 2) approving exceptions to the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures. An example of such an exception is when a request for a placement sponsor change is received and the organizational volume (“OV”) of the moving marketing organization is more than $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars). The CRB will discuss the merits of the request and any unintended consequences involved and decide, on a case-by-case basis, whether to approve or decline the move.
