In Section 18 – Definitions of the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures, “Marketing Organization” is defined as “. . . the Independent Distributors and Customers who are enrolled or sponsored below a particular Independent Distributor or Customer.” The term is most often used in an allegation of cross-sponsoring when a Distributor or Preferred Customer moves from one “Marketing Organization” to another without completing the appropriate paperwork and receiving the necessary approval from the Compliance Department.
