We hear a lot about Compliance. What, exactly, is the responsibility of the Compliance Department?

The LifeVantage Compliance does the following: 1) Update, manage, and publish or post the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures and other related documents and forms (Independent Distributor Application with related Terms and Conditions, Preferred Customer Application with related Terms and Conditions, Transfer of Distributorship Request Form for Transferor and Transferee, Name Change Request Form, Placement Sponsor Change Form, etc.); 2) Train and Educate about the Policies and Procedures and the use of related documents and forms; 3) Monitor and Audit distributor activities to ensure compliance fair play; 3) Enforce compliance in the field and facilitate communications and actions to be taken to maintain an equal and fair playing field for all Independent Distributors; 4) Assist in opening new markets and work to maintain consistency in Policies and Procedures world-wide.
