Until recently, the Commissions department was responsible for notifying via email any Distributors in possible violation of the LifeVantage Policies and Procedures, and to request that they contact Compliance to clear up any potential issues. This has caused some confusion in the past, so the new procedure is for Commissions to just flag any questionable activities, and for Compliance and Sales to notify Distributors in possible violation.
“Identity theft alone is reason enough to flag certain activity,” says Eric Marchant, Vice President of Compliance. “When you add to that attempts to rank advance, earn bonuses or win incentives, flagging certain activity helps us to maintain a level playing field for all of our Distributors.”
