Last week we discussed how a change (“amendment”) to the Compensation Plan is published. As a follow up to that question, how do I as a LifeVantage Independent Distributor, “accept” the amendment when it has been made and published?

As with amendments made to the Policies and Procedures, changes to the Comp Plan also need to be accepted by the distributors. Again, Section 2.3 – Changes to the Agreement, outlines how such “acceptance” to a change is manifest. It states (in part):

“. . . Once the amendment(s) are published, the Independent Distributor(s) may elect to accept the amendment(s) or reject them. If the Independent Distributor rejects them, their Agreement will terminate and will not be renewed. If the Independent Distributor continues
to purchase or sell Company products, enroll and/or accept rebates, commissions or bonuses from LifeVantage, such actions shall be deemed acceptance of any amendments.”
