When requesting to be added to the group, we must first verify your Distributor account with us. If we are unable to verify your account -usually when your Facebook name does not match your LifeVantage account name- we will send you a message via Facebook. However, this message usually ends up in your “Other” folder, much like a spam folder. Please check your “Other” folder and respond to our message if you have received one.
