Is it true that you cannot change enrollers unless there is fraud or some kind of unethical conduct during the enrollment itself?

Partially. According to Policies and Procedures Section 4.7.3 “To protect the integrity of all marketing organizations and safeguard the hard work of all Independent Distributors, LifeVantage strongly discourages changes in Enrollers. Accordingly, the transfer of a LifeVantage Independent Distributorship from one enroller to another is rarely permitted.” However, there is a “Change of Enroller Request” form that you can complete and submit to the Compliance Department. This form needs to be signed by five (5) upline enrollers. There is also a processing fee. In addition to the signed form, a change of enroller will be considered if it there was fraud or unethical conduct during the enrollment. In all cases, the request will be approved or denied at the sole discretion of the company.
