Is it true that there are counterfeit or knock-off products on Amazon, Ebay, and other websites?

There has been a lot of discussion lately about LifeVantage products being sold on websites such as Amazon or Ebay. As many of you already know, the selling of LifeVantage products on such sites is strictly prohibited by the Distributor Policies and Procedures. We try to inform potential buyers of the risk that they are taking when they purchase products online that are “not authorized.” Such products could be contaminated or counterfeit. What appears to be a great buy can be a hoax.

This picture is one such example of “Protandim” that was recently purchased through Ebay. The product from Ebay is pictured on the right, compared against authentic Protandim on the left. It’s easy to see the product from Ebay is not authentic LifeVantage product. Our goal is perfection, and we continue to strive to have all such sellers removed. Like all our enforcement, nothing helps like information from other Distributors. If you have information that would help us investigate and identify any violator, please forward such to compliance@lifevantage.com.
