How do we know if and/or when a change has been made to the LifeVantage Applications, Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures?

Section 2.3 “Changes to the Agreement” states (in part) that, “The Company shall provide or make available to all Independent Distributors a complete copy of the amended provisions by one of more of the following methods: (1) posting on the Company’s official website; (2) electronic mail (e-mail). . . “ An example of such a change being posted via e-mail is as follows:

(English) “We’ve updated the English PDF forms and the US Spanish forms that collect the telephone numbers. Also, there will be a pop up in the Virtual Office where distributors/customers must verify their telephone/emails to proceed.”

(Español) “Hemos actualizado el archivo PDF en inglés las formas que recoge los números de teléfono y los EE.UU. Español las formas están siendo actualizados. Hay que ser un pop-up en la Oficina Virtual que los distribuidores y los clientes deben verificar su teléfono y correo electrónico para continuar.”
