As a LifeVantage Independent Distributor, you are not an employee of LifeVantage and you are responsible for the payment of all applicable local, state and federal taxes. LifeVantage will issue a 1099 to you as an Independent Contractor. This is why each Distributor is required to submit an IRS W-9. The 1099 revenue will also be reported to the IRS.
