3. Enroll & Retain
ENROLL
Earn points when new, personally enrolled Customers and Consultants place qualifying orders of 200 SV during their enrollment month that also falls during the incentive period.

Customer: 1 point
Consultant: 3 points
RETAIN
Earn points each time you increase your total Subscription volume from personally enrolled Customers and Consultants (CSV) above your baseline during the incentive period.
• Baseline: Your average Subscription volume from personally enrolled Customers and Consultants (CSV) from October-December 2025
• Retention Points: Every 500 SV of growth above your baseline in a month = 3 points

For Executive Consultants (based on Recognition Rank in 2025), you earn the trip when members of your downline qualify for the Achievers Retreat. The amount of downline Consultants you need to help qualify will depend on your recognition rank.

How: Sell 600 SV in products to new, personally enrolled Customers and/or Consultants in December 2025
Notes: New Consultants must have an active Subscription during their enrollment month.
These bonus points reward you for starting strong and will help you hit your Achievers Retreat goal faster.
Terms & Conditions
- Incentive is only available to Consultants
- LifeVantage can award a total of 60 qualifiers. If there are more than 60 total qualifiers, Consultants will be prioritized by the highest points earned and then the time points were earned
- US, MX, EU, IS, and UK Consultants must have an active Subscription to qualify and earn points. Subscription is not required in Canada
- Trip guest cannot be another LifeVantage Consultant or a former employee
- Consultants must be in good standing and Active as defined by their Compensation Plan to participate in the incentive
- Subscription purchases made by personally enrolled Consultants and Customers outside of their enrollment month count toward Retain Track volume
- Orders cannot be placed or paid for by the personal sponsor and/or upline
- Orders that are returned will not count toward the bonus
- Retain Baseline: Consultants who enroll between October 1 and November 1, 2025, will have a Subscription baseline average between November and December 2025
- Business Centers are eligible to participate in the incentive
- Points cannot be combined between Business Centers
- If a single Consultant earns the trip on multiple Business Centers, only one Business Center will be awarded the trip
- New Customers and Consultants are defined as being within their first calendar month with LifeVantage
- Terminated or suspended downline Customers and Consultants will not count toward the incentive qualification
- All qualifiers are subject to a Sales and Compliance review prior to receiving their award
- Qualifiers are responsible to apply for and obtain all required travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
- Awards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are only valid for the account owner
- This incentive may be modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation or its affiliates

- LifeVantage reserves the right to change the incentive at any time, interpret the rules of the incentive, and has final decision in the event of a dispute regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions
