When it comes to their health, too many men don’t talk, don’t take action, and die too young. So a group of people came up with Movember foundation and help men live happier, healthier, and long lives.
Movember is an annual event involving the growing of mustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.
The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men’s health. The Foundation raises funds to deliver innovative, breakthrough support and research programs that enable men to live a happier life.
How Movember Works
During the month of November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of millions of mustaches around the world. Movember challenges men to grow a mustache for the 30 days of November, thereby changing their appearance and the face of men’s health.
For the whole month of Movember, these selfless and generous men know as Mo Bros become walking, talking billboards for 30 days. Through their efforts, they raise awareness for the often ignored issues of men’s health, by prompting conversations wherever they go.
The biggest part of being a Mo Bro is to raise funds for men’s health. Men donate their face and, much like taking part in a run or a walk for charity, ask their family and friends to sponsor their efforts.
The biggest misconceived thing about Movember is it’s not just only for men. The women of Movember, are known as Mo Sistas. They play a major role in the success of Movember by supporting and encouraging the men in their life to get involved. They also get involved by signing up at Movember.com, and participate by raising funds and awareness themselves. Essentially, they do everything that Mo Bros do, without the Mo.
Now, at the end of the month. Mo Bros and Mo Sistas celebrate their Movember Journey by throwing their own Movember parties or attending one of the official Gala Parties held around the world.

Getting a regular trim will maintain your chosen shape, but that’s not the only way to keep your beard in line. When you comb or use a beard brush this will wrangle stubborn hairs, training them to grow in a downward direction.
