Order Enough Product
All orders that meet or exceed the amounts below ship for free. (Whether you are a subscriber or not).*
* Shopping cart size (in any single order, minimum order threshold may not be spread out across multiple orders) may vary, but the order amount excluding any shipping costs must match or surpass the thresholds listed above for each market.
LifeVantage Return Policy
Unopened product and marketing materials returned within thirty (30) days of purchase shall receive a 100% refund. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”), issued through Distributor Support. Product must be received by the Company within ten (10) business days of receipt of the RMA or the product will not be eligible for return.

Terms & Conditions
- All orders that meet the threshold and over (including enrollment packs and sale or limited-time-only items!) qualify for free standard shipping to the country in which they were purchased.
- Order must meet the threshold prior to tax or shipping costs.
- Orders given free freight qualifying for free shipping will typically be shipped via Ground. Where available, if a shipping method other than Ground is chosen, additional shipping charges may apply and will be added separately.
- Any changes to standard ground shipping may incur additional charges
- Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive the free shipping promotion.
- For orders being shipped to LifeVantage markets outside the market of purchase, please see our terms and conditions for the destination country.
- Your orders may only be shipped within your authorized country.
