Compliance Corner
Question: I sent an email to the Compliance
Department yesterday and received an instant reply. Tell me about
this new "Auto-Responder?"
Answer: We have created this auto-response so
that those contacting Compliance 1) will immediately know that
their message has been received, and 2) that each request is being
processed, but that everything cannot be answered or resolved
immediately.[more]
The text of the response states: "Thank you for your recent
communication. We will review your information and get back with
you if we have any questions. If you've submitted a change to an
account, we will send confirmation to the requestor and to the
account holder when the changes have been processed. We are working
on getting to these and other issues as quickly and thoroughly as
possible. Thank you for your patience."
