LifeVantage is excited to announce its Preferred Customer
Referral Program. The program will begin March 1 and is designed to
help distributors accelerate their business.
LifeVantage corporate leaders have been preparing and gearing up
for this program for several months and are confident distributors
will experience faster and more significant rank advancements than
ever before. This program is so big that we wanted to act quickly
and not wait for Global Convention 2012 to announce it.
Here is how this program benefits you:
- -Rather than having just distributors working on your
organization to help build volume, you'll now have preferred
customers helping to build your volume as well.
- -Preferred customers can get product at a reduced rate.
- -Preferred customers have an incentive to share the products
with others to help enroll them as preferred customers.
- -Preferred customers have more incentive to eventually become
distributors.
Here are the program details:
- -Fast Start bonus payouts will now be 30% for each preferred
customer referred.
- -When preferred customers refer other preferred customers, the
volume of all the preferred customers will go to the distributor
who referred the original preferred customer.
- -When a preferred customer refers another preferred customer,
the the person who refers the customer will get a 25% credit for
every product the new preferred customer purchases ($10 for
Protandim, $17.50 for TrueScience). This can be applied toward the
referrer's next month's autoship purchase. This will be capped at
$120.
- -The credits for any referrals in a given month will take
effect the following month.
At LifeVantage, we know that distributors see the greatest
success and most effective business building with long-term,
sustainable growth. The PC Referral Program makes this possible
like never before. Now, instead of having only a team of
distributors to help you achieve your goals and build your
business, you'll have the chance to benefit from the efforts of
preferred customers as well. As preferred customers generate other
preferred customers by introducing them to Protandim and
TrueScience, distributors will increase their volume faster than
ever before, thus helping rank advancements come more rapidly and
more frequently. The losses from decreasing the 40% payout to 30%,
which will amount to $4 per bottle of Protandim, will easily be
offset in the long run as preferred customers and distributors work
in tandem to help you generate the volume you need to advance. Over
time, this program will pay dividends.
We are grateful for all our distributors. We thank you for your
hard work, your commitment and your positive attitudes. This
program is for you! LifeVantage has been cruising at a high speed.
Now, let the Referral Program help take you into overdrive.

When you hear the announcement, "LifeVantage Announces
Record-Setting Quarterly Financials," how does it make you feel as
a distributor, shareholder, employee or consumer? I hope you feel a
strong reassurance that the company you have aligned yourself with
in these different ways has financial and marketing
competencies.
We have always touted that the formation of this company had a
breadth of experience on the corporate and field side that would
deliver a very big message to the world about LifeVantage and its
singular products. We continue to believe that the very best talent
out there wants to be with LifeVantage. LifeVantage's message is
getting bigger on every front. Our growth is the result of many
amazing people.
In the beginning of our company we waded through some tenuous
waters of financial instability. We knew we could push through
those tough times. We did so with a firm resolve and belief, but
there were very difficult days. Those difficult times brought with
them financial disciplines and understanding that made us a better
company. It sharpened our planning, forecasting and analysis. We
know where the money goes and more importantly, what each
expenditure returns to the company. Those tough times have made us
a very smart company.
Today we are a company on an amazing path. We have stronger
financials quarter over quarter. Our revenues are impressive. Our
opportunities in new markets are increasingly significant. Our
events seem to always exceed everyone's expectations. From the
outside-in, this looks like the place to be. Looking out to our
collective futures with this reassurance of fiscal responsibility
to all who come to LifeVantage is calming and invigorating.
Thanks to you all, every distributor, employee, shareholder,
vendor and customer, for your meaningful contribution to these
wonderful announcements.
Enjoy 2012!!

give up--you can do this!
The first two deadlines for our promotion--the January 31 iPad2

you must enroll 10 new distributors with Vantage Packs. We hope to

Also, for those who qualified for the iPad2 as part of the

With the tremendous growth LifeVantage has experienced over the
past several months, many changes have taken place at our corporate
headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. To help meet our ever-growing
needs, a number of new employees have joined our team. This week,
we'd like to highlight two of our employees: Diana Romay and Travis
Wengreen.
Diana came to LifeVantage as a receptionist January 1. In
addition to receiving packages, sorting and delivering mail, and
handling phone calls, Diana welcomes visitors to the offices and
handles any other miscellaneous duties. Diana is excited to be a
part of a company that has a friendly, upbeat and productive
environment. She has taken notice of the professional manner in
which distributors and employees conduct themselves. Diana has two
older siblings and a dog named Jack. In her free time, she likes to
read and enjoy nature. She also likes doing volunteer work and
participating in yoga, Pilates and zumba.
Travis was hired December 31 as Director of Distributor Support.
In this capacity, Travis oversees the day-to-day operations, growth
and development of the Distributor Support Department. He ensures
all calls are answered and handled at the highest level of
professionalism and quality from all distributor support agents,
account managers and supervisors. Travis enjoys working as a team,
and he is impressed by the way everyone at LifeVantage works
together toward a common goal. Travis is married and has four
children, ages 9, 7, 2 and 5 months. He likes sports, loves to
spend time with his family and, in his own words, is "addicted to
triathlons."

Question: I want to use the studies conducted
on Protandim in my business-building activities. What suggestions
do you have?
Answer: When referring to a study, remember
that it is a good practice to provide the complete study. Here is
the suggested "disclaimer" that we used on this month's science
call when referring to a study:
"The fact that this article (or this presentation) includes the
names of some diseases is not an indication that LifeVantage is
suggesting that anyone should use or consume Protandim® for any of
those diseases. We have included the names of some diseases in
order to give better access to published studies about the effect,
in general, of oxidative stress upon the human body and because it
is commonly reported in the mass media that excessive oxidative
stress may lead to one or more of these diseases.
When you read this information, please keep in mind that
Protandim® is a dietary supplement, not a drug. We do not promote
or intend to imply or represent that Protandim® can prevent, cure,
treat or mitigate any disease or class of disease. Protandim® is
not intended to be an alternative or replacement for any drug or
biological product.
If you are interested in reviewing the studies mentioned above
visit www.pubmed.gov and enter
'Protandim' in the search box. We recommend that you read each
study in its entirety."
