  • - How do I register a guest for an event and what is the cost?

    Registration pricing for guests is as follows:

    Premier School - Guests are free, no pre-registration is required.

    Elite Academy - $25 Please call Distributor Support to register your guest, or they can register onsite at Elite Academy. Remember! If your guest enrolls with a Vantage Pack ON SITE at Elite Academy, the $25 fee will be refunded.

    Convention - Full Price You can register your guests by calling Distributor Support, or register your guests online. They can also register onsite at Convention.

  • - Who qualifies as a “guest”?

    A "guest" CANNOT be a distributor, a spouse of a distributor or a business partner of a distributor.

  • - Can I bring my children to the event?

    Children 16 years and older must be registered as guests. Children 15 and younger can attend free of charge with an accompanying paying parent. Please remember to be respectful of presenters and fellow distributors and take disruptive children out in the hall.

  • - Are there meeting spaces reserved for LifeVantage distributors to host meetings during an event?

    Please contact your hotel or convention center directly to book a space for your group if you need a meeting space. Rental fees may apply.

  • - How do I get reserved seating at an event?

    Only executives, speakers and Elite distributors have reserved seating. Please get to the facility early, as seating is first come, first served. Saving seats is prohibited.

  • - What if I have a special need or request?

    We try our best to accommodate special requests, within reason. Please send your requests with plenty of lead time via email to events@lifevantage.com.

  • - Do you provide interpretation services at events?

    LifeVantage will provide language and ASL interpretation services for distributors and guests during Global Convention only. You will be required to leave a credit card on file as a deposit for equipment use. The day of the event, please check in at the "Interpretation" kiosk to fill out paperwork and receive your equipment.

    Translation languages will be available based on request. Please send your language request to events@lifevantage.com 45 days in advance. LifeVantage will consider providing language interpretation services if a minimum of 20 requests for the same language are received and registrations are confirmed. LifeVantage reserves the right to provide languages based on attendance needs.

    Certain portions of presentations from Elite Academies and Global Conventions will be posted on LVNMedia.com under True TV two to three weeks after the conclusion of the event. On some of the presentations, there will be an option to print out an English transcription, which you can have for translation purposes. These will not necessarily be transcribed into any other languages other than English.

  • - I want to record or film the event, is that allowed?

    Our events contain proprietary information and materials specifically designed for our distributors. We do not allow personal or professional filming during our events. For your convenience, some presentations will be posted to TrueTV on LVN Media two to three weeks after the conclusion of the event.

  • - Can I bring my dog/cat/pet to the event?

    Only service animals with approved papers will be allowed into the event. It is strongly recommended you bring the appropriate papers with you. You should also notify your hotel separately if bringing a pet of any kind with you.

  • - Are speaker presentations from events going to be posted online?

    LifeVantage events are life-changing experiences, and we want every distributor to physically come take part in the energy, laughter, tears and amazing stories! If you are unable to make it to the event, portions of the events will be available to view two weeks after the conclusion of the event through the TrueTV section of the LVN Media website.

  • - How can I get a copy of the presentation materials I saw during a presentation at an event?

    Materials used in presentations are not for sale or for use by distributors. They are meant as a visual enhancement to the speaker's presentation and not as a tool for distributors. Please take advantage of the many resources (some are even free) provided to you through the Virtual Office library, TrueTV and store section of the LifeVantage website as a resources for material.

  • - I am unable to attend the event, but have already paid can I get a refund?

    Participating in events is an integral part of your business! We do not offer refunds, and tickets are non-transferrable. Please make sure you are able to attend before you purchase your ticket--you won't want to miss it!

  • - How does a charity or nonprofit submit a request to be considered as a partner for an upcoming event?

    Please submit your request along with a general organization overview to events@lifevantage.com for consideration. All charities and nonprofits must be nonprofit organizations in order to be considered.

  • - Can I ship items I purchased at an event while at the event?

    Many of the convention centers and hotels where we host events have proprietary shipping rights and/or shipping and receiving fees. If you need to coordinate shipping through them, please contact them directly.

  • - Do we receive a parking pass or discount to park at the venue?

    Unfortunately, LifeVantage is unable to provide parking passes or offer discounts. Be aware, most facilities do charge for parking and do not allow in-and-out privileges.

  • - Is there a dress code for the events?

    It is suggested that you dress business casual during events. There may be some sessions or after-hours portions of the events that will require more formal dressing, but that will be noted in advance under the event section of the website and in the booklet you receive at registration.

  • - Is there a message board to post and find shared transportation or roommates?

    There is no formal message board, but feel free to post and check on the discussion tab on the LifeVantage FaceBook page.
