Donny Osmond has personally experienced the health-promoting benefits of Protandim, The Nrf2 Synergizer.

Donny Osmond made his singing debut at just 5 years old as a guest on "The Andy Williams Show" and has been entertaining audiences around the world ever since. In a career spanning nearly five decades, Donny has made fitness and health a priority in his life because a rigorous performing career requires great energy and physical endurance.

"Doing what I do, it's vital I take care of myself to be able to perform at an optimum level," Donny said. "I take very seriously the fact that people expend their effort, time and money to travel to my venues to watch me perform so I feel an obligation to give my best self to my audience, to provide them with an experience they'll never forget. That requires that I'm at my peak, physically and mentally, so health, nutrition, fitness and taking care of myself has always, out of necessity, been a priority."

Because of his zeal for health, Donny was approached by a friend (in 2009) who asked if Donny would consider supplementing his diet with Protandim. Donny felt it would be important to do his own background check on the product first. "I told him before I could do anything, I needed to run it by my doctor," Donny said.

Osmond's doctor was at first skeptical about a supplement and its claims to reduce oxidative stress by 40 percent in 30 days. The doctor wanted to study it for himself and perform his own tests to determine its validity and effectiveness. His testing verified Protandim, and his perception changed from skepticism to advocacy. He recommended Donny incorporate Protandim into his health routine and to make it a part of his daily health regimen.

"I talk a lot about good health because it's a priority for me; I believe in staying fit and getting regular exercise," Donny said.
