David is eminently qualified and uniquely positioned to lead LifeVantage as its chief executive. His career spans nearly 20 years as a corporate lawyer and President and CEO in the nutrition industry. David has served as CEO of Metabolife and as President of Natural Balance. Upon learning about Protandim, David proclaimed, “This product belongs in network marketing – it has a story that needs to be told!” From the day of that prophetic statement until the present, David has worked relentlessly to make that a reality. He has set the framework in place and has assembled a world class team of executives and industry leading distributors. Under his leadership, Lifevantage is becoming the talk of the industry.
Kirby Zenger, COO
Kirby, who joined LifeVantage in February as Executive Vice President, has led a distinguished career in the network marketing sector. Prior to joining LifeVantage, he most recently co-founded and served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of a successful network marketing nutrition company which achieved over 40 million in revenue in its first year of business. He has an extensive background in sales, organization, leadership development and training. Kirby has over 10 years of experience in the direct sales and network marketing industry and has served as a consultant to several of the industry leaders. In addition, Kirby has advised Fortune 1000 companies on the development of new markets and organizational structure.
Carrie Carlander, CFO
Carrie’s extensive experience managing the financial departments of young, public companies gives LifeVantage a strong strategic advantage. Her career is full of financial management and public transactions with emerging companies listed on various stock exchanges. As LifeVantage continues to grow and mature as a company, Carrie’s guidance will be invaluable. As a Certified Management Accountant, she leads the LifeVantage financial team. She will not only manage all public company filings, but she will ensure that LifeVantage distributors are paid in full and on time, every time.
Tracy Harward, VP Marketing
Tracy brings a wealth of branding experience to LifeVantage. Couple that with an attuned sense of the needs of the field, based on a 15-year career in the network marketing industry, and you have a leader that provides the kind of marketing support every distributor needs. Tracy worked for many years with NuSkin and also co-founded a company with the most successful first year in network marketing history. LifeVantage is fortunate to have Tracy as the curator of the company’s brand and overseer of all product and business marketing.
Ben Seeman, VP Sales
Ben’s sales experience began 13 years ago selling sports nutrition supplements as a summer job. Since then, he has found his niche in the natural supplements and food industry. After managing $90million in accounts for Metabolife International, he became Sr. Sales Director and V.P. of sales for Bear Naked Granola and Naturade, Inc respectively. In each position Ben opened new channels of distribution resulting in millions of dollars in increased sales. These retail channels included, Kroger, CVS and 7-11 to name a few. He brings to the team a diverse resume of sales experience and a broad product knowledge base that’s essential in this increasingly competitive industry.
Ryan Thompson, VP Sales
Ryan is a seasoned network marketing veteran. He has held senior management positions at several industry giantsincluding NuSkin and Tahitian Noni. He has also started up two companies, including one that set industry records in its first year of sales. Additionally, he has served as a distributor in two different companies, so the needs of the field never leave his heart. Ryan’s passion for the industry, his experience in the field, and his never ending energy for listening to the needs of all distributors make him a powerful force. At LifeVantage, Ryan oversees the customer service department and Latin market development.
Gene Tipps, VP Operations
Gene’s experience in building operations backbones for multi-million dollar direct selling companies, both domestically and abroad, has made him a sought after expert across the industry. He has lived in and developed markets in many corners of the globe including Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Additionally, his extensive familiarity with nutritional products makes him the perfect operations general to quarterback the LifeVantage operations team. His industry experience has given Gene the insight to understand that distributors need quality products, on time, and in large supply. With Protandim, True Science, and products yet to come, Gene will ensure that this is always the case at LifeVantage -- whether domestic or international.
Eric E. Marchant, VP Compliance
After graduating from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Mr. Marchant has spent the past three decades as an executive to a variety of domestic, multi-national, and global companies. Most recently Mr. Marchant served as Corporate Counsel for InfoTrax Systems LLC, Senior V.P. at Neways International and V.P. of Sales and Compliance at Nikken Incorporated, the latter being two multi-national hundred million dollar companies. In these capacities, he collaborated with domestic and international departments from around the world, including markets in the USA, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, Canada and Mexico.
